When she was far from her obligations as a clerical specialist, she sought after her enthusiasm for workmanship. Mary has taken classes in drawing, painting, stitching, recolored glass, weaving, stoneware, calligraphy, silkscreen, enhance with Photoshop, batik, copper veneer, and botanical plan.


As an enriching craftsman, Mary works in watercolor, oils, acrylics, pastels and hued pencils.


She appreciates painting florals, still life, scenes, seascapes, winged creatures, and Santa Clause.

2) Sending notes of support or solace to those in need, as an individual from Gatekeeper Heavenly attendant Specialists.

3) Sending birthday cards to individuals from her congregation, St. John’s Westminster Union Church, utilizing welcoming card programming.


In 2009, Mary painted a Christmas decoration for the Smithsonian. It was a smaller than expected adaptation of “Book of Pictures” by Kenyon Cox, which is an artistic creation in the historical center’s accumulation. The decoration was utilized on the Christmas tree of the Smithsonian’s Fenwick Display in Washington, DC.

Mary has written and altered four cookbooks – two were for Cincinnati Government funded School’s Fellowship Week, another was for Cincinnati Pioneer Collectible and Diversion Affiliation, and one for a neighborhood senior natives focus (Cleves, Goodness).
